Celosia, Coxcomb-hot pink

American Grown

Hot pink Celosia cristata also known as coxcomb, wool flowers, or brain celosia, suggestive of a highly colored brain. The flowers belong to the amaranth family. Coxcomb blooms with a compacted crested head 2.5-5″ across, on leafy stems that are 20-28″ long. The flower’s name is suggestive of a rooster’s comb. The Coxcomb flower blooms from Summer through late Fall. There are 5 stems per bunch. Please place orders in advance because we don’t always keep these in stock.
